If you’re interested in the low oxalate diet, the first thing you’ll want to know is what NOT to eat – those ‘bad’ foods that, when eliminated from your diet, will make a pretty instant impact on how you feel. You can find lots of lists online, but I’d like to send you mine – based on the (well respected) Yahoo groups low-oxalate info, I’ve developed it over the last 3 years, tested and tweaked, and kept it up to date as research develops.
